No one guided my family through the college admissions process. I worked my A off in high school, did the things that interested me -- like playing the piano -- and read enough books to do well on the SATs. I figured it was my responsibility to get myself admitted.

still, do u rally need someone to guide you through the process. 1) Go to school 2) take the SAT or ACT, 3) Apply to College. It is not rocket science.
