The Talent Champion Award celebrates a company or organization that “has gone above and beyond when it comes to tech talent,” by creating positive workplaces and showcasing Nova Scotia as a desirable location to grow a career, and the finalists are Covers, immediacy Worldwide and Content Bloom. The Thinking Forward Award goes to an individual who dedicates considerable time to mentorship and to supporting future talent, inspiring people of all ages to consider a career in technology. The finalists are Gail Tomblin of Murphy, Melodie Joy of PMP and Christopher Whidden.
The Best of Tech Award recognizes something incredible done by a company or organization that’s had significant growth, secured an impressive deal or developed a unique product, among other criteria. The finalists are Sparrow Acoustics, BEAEVR Media and CapIntel.
