ANC deputy president David Mabuza has conceded that service delivery remains a challenge for residents of Pienaar, near Mbombela in Mpumalanga.
He was speaking in the area while on a campaign trail. Mabuza has assured the residents that the ANC is ready to address their concerns . Mabuza adds, “We are fixing the roads that comes from KwaNyamazane going through here. We are attending to the water problem. The pipe that is coming from Thekwane is going to supply through the whole area. So few issues we are dealing with, housing issues, we are dealing with. Of course the needs of the people have not been satisfied because of the rain, I can see the roads are bad. Some of the roads are municipal roads, some are provincial roads.
Residents say their township is plagued by a shortage of clean drinking water, lack of housing and bad roads. One of the residents says, “We just want proper roads, we don’t want to revolt and destroy things, all we want is roads because its very slippery after rains. We want water from our leader, we are struggling. When we go to the taps we find them dry, water is not running everyday.”
David Mabuza concerned about poor service delivery, amazing! how can he,while they are the ones ruling the country, and putted our economy to stand still, everything is upside down through them?
He was too busy flying around in the Gupta jet this one.. .. now he suddenly 'cares'!
He ruined Mbombela
