This fired up De Villiers’ long-standing interest in tech, which started as a young boy, when his dad brought an Apple computer back from the US in 1983. With his brother, he made the jump into tech by starting to working on building information platforms for optometrist practices.As the internet started booming, they thought about launching a “last-minute” booking travel venture.
