After a 4-3 vote by the Harrisburg City Council on Tuesday night, the Alexander Building Construction Company will officially be the project managers to rebuild the Broad Street Market.The Broad Street Market Alliance said with this decision, the rebuilding process is back on track.The alliance said the next step is for the city to find an architect and contractors to do the work.
