Pullman Market dessert bar Nicosi to open this month

Welp, you can check that mess at the door at San Antonio's newest sweet spot. Nicosi, a multicourse dessert tasting bar at Pullman Market has set an opening date for June 26.

Pullman Market impresses in Pearl debut Bristol-Joseph was named to Food & Wine's Best New Chefs list in 2020, among other accolades, and he'll be joined by seasoned chef de cuisine Karla Espinosa in the kitchen. And that kitchen will be on full display in the 20-seat Nicosi, which is set up like an omakase sushi bar for diners to experience the culinary wizardry first-hand. The menu will change quarterly, featuring a lineup of four smaller bites and four larger plates each time.
