Rabiya Mateo has fallen victim to what she suspects to be an investment scam.In Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," Wednesday, the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 said an acquaintance invited her to invest her money. While it was good at first, things suddenly changed and now the Sparkle actress has not yet gotten back a considerable sum of her investment."It's been like two years na OK naman 'yung investment, bumabalik naman siya.
"Despite what happened, Rabiya is not shying away from investing her money. She has invested on a jewelry business and is also planning to dabble into real estate. However, she is taking the experience as a lesson for her and for others in handling hard-earned money."We really need to be smart with our money kasi alam naman natin 'yung showbiz may on-season may off-season. So technically during my off-season, I need to do something meaningful pa rin," she said.
