However, for a more holistic companywide alignment, consider allowing your entire team to decide which social causes are important to them. In addition to bringing social change, it's also good business practice, as your employees can feel invested in something bigger than themselves.
To be successful in aligning your organization with social change, I’d first suggest directly reaching out to the organization you're hoping to partner with. This could be as easy as emailing them, although a personal meeting would go a long way to ensuring both parties are aligned.
