) capped Thursday's trading off in positive territory, the Dow Jones Industrial Average jumping by over 680 points as the Nasdaq Composite and S&P 500 rose by well over 2%.

And then also if you look at the of either the Dow or the NASDAQ 100 you see not a lot of red one stock very slightly in the red and the Dow and that's United Health Care. And so what are the implications of that for the markets, Larry and at what point like, you know, we had obviously a dip.Well, it's a great question because we've been using our target of 5400 as our guiding light.

And I think that that is likely to be the case because from all of the signals that we see you are seeing prices broadly speaking, continuing to decelerate. So obviously Nvidia's report will be very important to see the sustainability of that theme. But it's the fact that we've seen increased uncertainty because you have to remember now, this is an open election where you technically have two non incumbents running.

But 50 is sort of the dividing line between, you know, people feeling better and people not feeling great. There are 100 and 30 CEO S that were surveyed here with this conference board Business Council survey that we do every single quarter and we see that uh range going from zero, which would be really bad to 100 which would be perfect. So C er CEO S are looking at their current conditions and they're kind of negative about where we are, the economy is slowing down.

Cyber is number one by a pretty wide margin, geopolitical instability, legal and regulatory uncertainty A I and new technology. And I'm curious that that is so far down sort of anecdotally what we've been hearing from companies this earnings season, a decent number of them is that they're concerned about consumer demand particularly at the low end.

Not perfectly, but, uh, they see what's coming because they're looking at their own business, they're looking at demand, they're looking at what's happening with their workforce. And perhaps we're entering a cycle where these companies in particular, they want to do some sort of deal.Maybe now is the right time to start cleaning up your balance sheet and impairment charges. So that's something I want to dig a little bit deeper into over the next few days is why this is all happening now.

And you wonder if that had any impact on ch, I also just wondering, I mean, Paramount Plus, like you think about the originals, like, what's the Paramount Plus original that you just isn't?That's like the what game of Thrones is to Warner Brothers? But, but yes, I think that part of my point like I just can't think of any.
