Corus alleges Rogers is using its"dominant size and scale" to undercut Canadian competitors through rights deals to foreign programming, as evidenced by pacts with Warner Bros. Discovery for the rights to its popular lifestyle and entertainment brands and NBCUniversal’s Bravo channel.
