EFF members are accusing an IEC official of tampering with a ballot box in Ermelo, Mpumalanga during the second day of special voting on Tuesday.Thwala says the incident took place at an IEC centre in Ermelo. “While we were busy escorting the IEC ballot box to the centre, then I noticed the IEC officials putting the ballot paper inside the ballot box.
