How is a blue wave the best outcome? Democrats have never passed marijuana legislation in all the years they’ve controlled Senate or the House. They use it to get votes then do nothing.

Now we need state laws protecting employees who use Medical Cannabis and review how drug screening is done. Responsible patients who won't be stoned at work would fail drug tests because the test isn't to see if they are currently high, but if they did have some in the past.
