Chris Minns unveils plan to make owning a pet easier as he attempts to overhaul rental market and make it 'fairer' for tenants, owners

While landlords will be banned from refusing pets without any reason, they will still be able to decline certain situations including a situation where having a pet could break a law, or if the owner lives in the property and does not want to live with the animal.
