The future of Arnold's Poundland store is uncertain after the unit was listed on the market earlier this year with a rent of £80,000 per annum. The retail space, located in the heart of the town centre, spans over 9,100 square foot and has a car park providing two hours of free parking.

The future is uncertain for the Poundland store in Arnold after the unit went on the market earlier this year. Listed with a rent of £80,000 per annum, the chain store on Front Street is now under, offer according to the commercial estate agents Fisher Hargreaves Proctor .

The retail space is located at the heart of the town centre and is next to the new B&M Bargains store. Poundland opened its Arnold store in May 2021, in what was once the town's former Argos. It created 24 jobs at the time and has been a popular spot for many shoppers in the town. The listing states that the site spans over 9,100 square foot and also has a car park directly above which provides two hours of free parking.Nottinghamshire Live attempted to contact Poundland for comment on multiple occasions in relation to the store but did not hear back by the time of publishing.
