A new civil lawsuit seeks people who may have been victimized by hidden cameras in bathrooms inside Expedia’s sprawling Seattle campus.

This is a disturbing case in which police evidence photos of hidden cameras in gender-neutral bathrooms that captured images of bathroom usage, exposed genitalia, and more. Their lawsuit claims that SSS’ failure to take action allowed numerous illicit cameras to spy on Expedia employees and visitors in bathrooms and workstations throughout the company’s 40-acre campus in Seattle from December 2023 through January 11, 2024.

“What's troubling is that the perpetrator removed the cameras. And the security company didn't do anything else. Didn't follow up, didn't ask around to say, hey, Expedia, did you remove the cameras? We didn't remove the cameras. Who removed the cameras?” Amala explained.
