The Tribeca home of one of Hollywood’s most accomplished actors has come back on the market with a new price and a new look

Meryl Streep first listed this four-bed, five-bath unit in the famed River Lofts building this time last yearand has just brought it back to market for $18.25 million. Records show Streep purchased the unit for $8.95 million in 2004, not long after the building had reopened.

The 4,000-square-foot full floor unit has its own private elevator entrance that opens to an open plan arrangement with views of One World Trade Center, the Chrysler and Empire State Buildings and the Statue of Liberty. River Lofts was a former warehouse converted into only 38 condo units around 2003, all of them are bright and airy loft-like places to live without sacrificing too much on privacy.

The kitchen is slightly separate from the main living rooms, with the same Brazilian walnut hardwood floors seen throughout the unit. The kitchen island, completely made from a hardwood, is an especially high-end touch. Varenna cabinetry and Miele appliances round out the space.Tucked away from the main living room is this media room which still has floor to ceiling windows, but has a more secluded feel.
