S.C. Johnson would like you to know that it is not a pharmaceutical company and that it has never been affiliated with Johnson & Johnson

S.C. Johnson CEO Fisk Johnson: We’re not Johnson & Johnson. Photo: Daniel Acker/Bloomberg via Getty Images S.C. Johnson & Son is a Wisconsin-based manufacturer of household products. Its many recognizable brands include Saran Wrap, Ziploc, Windex, Glade, Raid, Pledge, and Toilet Duck. Johnson & Johnson is a completely separate company, based in New Jersey.

I am writing to demand that you retract your statements that have appeared in both national and local media citing the SC Johnson tagline, “A Family Company.” If you do not, we will have no choice but to bring suit. You said yesterday that Johnson & Johnson’s actions were “inconsistent with all of the grand statements that they [Johnson & Johnson] make about being a family company …” However, we can find no occasions where Johnson & Johnson has ever referred to themselves as a family company. I can only conclude that these theatrics are in the service of personal political advantage.

jbarro What does Gabby Johnson have to say about it?

Johnson & Johnson is a fine company and one I have personal affiliation with, indirectly. For the record, I would never ingest Windex. DV

They are, however, partially owned by a pedophile who got an Epstein-like deal. aFamilyCompany indeed.

jbarro yeah no shit

Apple's cofounder agrees with breaking up big tech and says the iPhone maker should have split its businessSteve Wozniak told Bloomberg he is 'pretty much in favour' of splitting up big, monopolistic tech companies. When stevewoz speaks I listen . SAI I was working for Powertel when the iPhone was announced and swore never to own one when they went exclusively to AT&T. Still haven't. This article is deliberately disingenuous, because Hamilbug has artfully hidden all the VERY positive things stevewoz DID say in regards to Apple behaving responsibly & being “proud” that Apple is the “the best of the companies for a lot of different reasons.” Unacceptable.
