The Senator who represented Kaduna Central at the Eighth Senate has challenged anyone who believes in Nigeria’s current ranking on the ease of doing business to visit the country to actually do so.
The ‘Doing Business Index’ is an annual ranking that objectively assesses prevailing business climate conditions across 190 countries based on 10 ease of doing business indicators. In the new ranking, Nigeria is now ranked 131 out of 190 countries, compared to its 146th place last year.
