This is a country that was started by dreamers with big ambition and to say to all the young people in the United States, "People in Washington, DC, have determined exactly how far your dreams are going to go," it doesn't make any sense to me.
If you want to know who has actually succeeded in that, we've taken out oil companies and beaten them when people said we couldn't, we've taken on drug companies and beaten them when people said we couldn't. We've taken on tobacco companies. We've spread clean energy around the country.
