AKRON, Ohio – Stow resident Joe Pigg spent 13 years in the Army National Guard as a medic and completed three tours to Iraq and Afghanistan before being honorably discharged in February of 2019.

Pigg, 36, didn’t have much of a plan for his life after the military. One day while sitting on the couch and scrolling through Facebook, he saw an ad for. After clicking on the ad, he learned the company is on a mission to end veteran unemployment by helping them start their own junk hauling and removal or carpet cleaning businesses.
