Renault agrees deal to sell its Irish distribution business to owner of Nissan Ireland

Renault, the French auto giant, has agreed a deal to sell its Irish subsidiary to Cedar Ireland Automotive Ltd, the Kuwait-based company that owns Nissan Ireland, for an undisclosed sum.
