A New York registered investment advisor has acquired an industrial commercial real estate portfolio located across Plano.
The portfolio purchased by DRA Advisors LLC comprises eight buildings northeast of U.S. Highway 75 and the President George Bush Turnpike interchange. It is 100% leased to 15 tenants.The infill properties ranged from as small as just over 53,000 square feet to about 210,000 square feet in size.
