Located in Northwest Bexar County, about 30 minutes from San Antonio and Boerne, Mount Solitude Ranch is an “obvious and idyllic family recreational retreat” with a sound future financial return on the initial investment, its listing says. The property includes a multitude of waterways that run into a trifecta of lakes during periods of wet weather. In addition to concrete lake dams, there are concrete water crossings and other water-holding features throughout the ranch.
