Pastille Bakery launching new dessert bar in Baltic Market

Independent business Pastille Bakery is opening a new dessert bar in the Baltic Market. The bakery opened on Gibraltar Row in May and often welcomes lengthy queues of pastry fans. Pastille Dessert Bar will offer all of the same treats fans have come to love including brownies, cereal milk cheesecake, doughnuts, and traditional baked goods. An opening date for Pastille Dessert Bar is yet to be announced.

' Pastille Bakery was set up in the kitchen of founder Jamie Heffey's home. With the help of his partner and mum, the three took their baked goods to markets and pop-ups where they noticed demand was high. Pastille Bakery opened its first city centre shop shortly after. The Baltic Market said farewell to its founding dessert bar, Midnight Delivery, in October.
