Bill Gates says the coronavirus crisis in the US is 'an ugly picture' and that 'serious mistakes were made' in how the virus was handled

Now, he told CBS, there are a lot of regrets about how the virus response was handled.

Now that Trump is endorsing wearing a mask, he said, the US can "move forward" and try to get mask compliance levels closer to Europe's level and bring down transmission rates.

This is BS. They KNEW how bad it was, I KNEW all you had to do was see what was going on overseas. I saw plenty. I called the CDC, BCCDC, and wrote the WH in FEB! The WHO failed to call it a pandemic early enough. Go watch the older conferences they are on twitter.
