The SEC threatens to ban Elon Musk from running any public company

The US doesn't deserve Musk. He would be much more appreciated in China, UAE... even in Russia.

It’s like the bad dream you can’t wake up from. His insistence to stay put has caused huge losses since August. I think it’s down almost 14% today. 👎 I just wish he’d go to detox and call it a sabbatical. Love him. He’s an innovator but an addict and he’s not serving the company

he'll be fine. he'll get fined. there's no way they're removing him from the company for saying tsla is secured at 420 per share in a tweet.
