How is that simplistic? It is fundamental to workers' wellbeing. You can't twist the truth with such sophistry. The fact is businesses are stealing the rightful earnings of their workers.

Anyone can start a business, think of an idea, conceive a plan, put your nuts on the line, work your guts out,too hard, then don’t complain

Unions v/s businesses will always be a tough fight. Holding the high moral ground amongst most workers, unions capitalise on their membership support to fight for what they call better 'working conditions and pay'. But, they are not exempt from complaints. Should be accountable.

The Business Council hates it when the Trade Union presents facts

Hmmm… is there any other better to describe their relationship? (Rhetorical) Maybe they can count the number of rsimbow poniy cuddles they get from their managers in themix? Give a % of pronoun kudos? Or maybe even use a work happiness metric based on ESG principles?
