A Corpus Christi developer is teaming up with local investors to build an apartment community in Frisco.
Griffon Capital Management plans to break ground this spring on the new rental project adjacent to the Frisco Fresh Market near Main Street. The five-story, 315-unit apartment project will cost over $65 million, according to planning documents filed with the state.Dallas architect Humphreys & Partners is designing the rental community, which will open in 2025.
