Companies that claim they can recover your stolen money are scammers themselves. They stalk you to hire their services and compel you to pay huge sums before they commence. In the end it is “twice bitten, once shy”. I have never been victimized tho.

So he got scammed twice? Got it.

Unregulated capital is always a wise investment. SMH. Especially if you fall victim to scams.
