The health technology firm Olive is canceling plans to develop a headquarters in Worthington.

, notified the city that it will not pursue the project, which called for converting the former Anthem office building at 6700 N. North High St. in Worthington into Olive's headquarters.

"No doubt, this is a big disappointment," said Worthington's Assistant City Manager and Economic Development Director David McCorkle."It would have replaced a long-vacant building with a fast-growing company and hundreds of jobs." McCorkle said Olive told the city it was not pursuing the project after it returned the building to its previous owners in March.to convert the 219,000-square-foot building into its headquarters and event space. The company, based in Downtown Columbus, planned to move workers into the building, and then renovate the building, which has been one of the largest vacant office buildings in the region.

Olive, whose technology links health care providers and insurance companies with customer information,
