El Pollo Loco LOCO, +1.87% said Maria Hollandsworth, currently chief operating officer, will step in as interim president and CEO while the Costa Mesa, Calif.-based company conducts a search for a new chief.
El Pollo Loco said Roberts, who became president and CEO in March 2022 after a stint as interim CEO, will continue to provide consulting services to the company through Dec. 28.
