Tribeca Investment Partners parts ways with GSFM Funds Management

, will bring its fundraising operations in-house as it parts ways with GSFM Funds Management after 16 years.Tribeca clients, on Friday, were told of the end of distribution agreement with GSFM, effective June 1 in a memo seen by Street Talk.

Sources said Tribeca’s decision to separate from GSFM would be closely watched by rivals.
