43-year-old Sergeant Rachel Kutumela is also facing 17 charges of fraud and defeating the end of justice.Prosecutor Kgaukgelo Lekoloane says
“We believe this matter is schedule six in that it involves the premeditated murder of about six counts of murder including the fraud charges including the defeating the ends of justice charge. The position of the state is that this bail application is opposed we have identified the 18th of October as the date where we will be able to proceed with this bail application.
