Amazon, Meta and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman have all announced $1 million donations to Trump's inauguration fund.
Altman is in a heated legal battle with Elon Musk, who became one of Trump's biggest backers and could have outsized control in his administration."President Trump will lead our country into the age of AI, and I am eager to support his efforts to ensure America stays ahead," Altman said in a statement on Friday. Altman said he's planning to make a personal donation of $1 million to the fund, the company confirmed.
