The stock is about 33% from its November high. Williams was up 3.6% today; it is 7% from its November high. Devon , APA and Marathon Petroleum were each up more than a percent today, with Devon logging a 2% gain, but all three stocks are about 37% from their 52-week highs. Solar The Invesco Solar ETF picked up 4.9% today. It is down 7% in a month, 18% in three months and 33% lower than where it was a year ago. Sunrun was the biggest gainer, up 10.4%. It is 54% below its August high.
