"I'm not that person who has a mindful morning full of thrilling and inspired activities. I don't work out, I don't blend a perfect green juice, or drink hot water with herbs. I'm always up first in my house and I like to have a significant amount of time before everyone else is awake to answer emails, attend to neglected loose ends and try to organise the day ahead while I drink a cup of coffee.
