So across every one of the challenges and opportunities presented by the shifting face of the workplace, survey respondents say video communications is the tool of choice. For example, 79% say video conferencing is the best team communication tool for creative and collaborative tasks. Seventy-six percent say that “seeing” other participants over video enhances the engagement and effectiveness of remote participants.
