NPR you are a bunch of ninnies. Why don’t you bathe in the millions of gallons of isopropyl alcohol that ExxonMobil produces every year. By the way, they invented it and are the worlds largest producer. What do you think hand sanitizer is made from?
Maybe they should switch to providing Green energy instead of killing life on earth to squeeze out a little more profit from their product.
Watch out, it's probably toxic.
So where the fuck is all the hand sanitizer?
You guys are the most cynical people ever. You know, the reason there is a shortage of sanitizer is because the manufacturing of plastic bottles is in CHINA.
What’s BobDylan doing?!
Wait. Exxon isn’t going to go out of bidness? A chemical company can make other kinds of chemicals? Within a week or two? Without a handout? Who’dathunkit?
I'd love to have ExxonMobil branded hand sanitizer. Or personal lubricant.
See they don’t need a hand out!
Maybe Exxon can make n95 meltdown material for masks too. Please?
it seems like the oil companies are well positioned to expand their revenue and work in a wide variety of ways that benefit the country and the environment. I'd like to see their tax breaks limited to those kinds of business. also maybe a tax break for having on-site childcare
Drink up!
It's still hard to find, and local stores still have no alcohol on their shelves to make your own.
About time Exxon-Mobil. And dont sell it to make a profit. 🤷♀️
Would be nice to note the demand for liquor hasn’t gone anywhere, if not up. Hell, you could close oil refineries, but try that with liquor stores and come back and tell me what happened. 🙄
Yeah...but someone needs to share the secret recipe for gooey...these guys keep saying hand sanitizer then deliver rubbing alcohol
Isn't capitalism great? Now there's money to be made so they all of a sudden can help the thousands dying daily.
... they'll need more than sanitizer to wash the blood off their hands.
Nice
Republican silence is a conspiracy; they want to bring down America. Why else support his every venal and evil deed? Conservatism is the root of all evil.
And they’ll charge the rest of us $8 an ounce to cover cost.
Can I ask liquor companies to get back to making liquor. It's not a problem yet, but the way I've been drinking, I fear a global shortage sooner or later.
i am frankly shocked how long it is taking to ramp up production on PPE & sanitizer. don't these companies understand demand is well beyond medical personnel but the entire population? demand is huge, they should tool up accordingly, they are missing out on opportunity! 😷🧼
it's about time
ExxonMobilr playing the PR long game
Funny what negative oil does....
Well, well, well. All it took was a market crash.
Is this true?
Yeah but we still need the liquor
Donate? Wuuuuatttt? That’s a first!
