New hybrid Toyota Sienna takes on Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Pacifica - Business Insider

Yes, the new Sienna can be equipped with footrests.ToyotaToyota laid it all out: "Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection is designed to provide automatic braking capability should the driver not react in time in certain emergency situations.
