Several questions have emerged over Penang's consideration of implementing a “travel bubble” for states which have been declared a green zone to balance safety and tourism activities once interstate travelling is allowed nationwide.

It’s not effective. It’s already too late. Travel bubble is only effective if you impose it early. We’re all trapped on this rock circling the sun. There isn’t anywhere else you can escape to 🙄
