For those that don't know, the customer service is outsourced. Imagine frustrated seniors talking to someone in another country who does not speak good English and don't even know what the hell they are doing.

Does anyone else see this as a consolidation of power in the control of drug pricing? Selling it as a positive but I am leery.

Can Grassley be any more inappropriate
