NEW YORK - Wall Street stocks rallied for a second straight session on Tuesday , concluding the best quarter for equities in more than two decades and shrugging off a resurgence in US coronavirus cases.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 0.9 per cent to 25,812.88, while the tech-rich Nasdaq Composite Index jumped 1.9 per cent to 10,058.77. As it enters the second half of 2020, the US is once again embroiled in a coronavirus crisis, with major states including Texas and Florida rolling back some reopening measures as they face mounting public health problems.
