The developer of a new condominium in the West Hollywood area of Los Angeles said he plans to list the project’s roughly 20,000-square-foot penthouse for $100 million or more, a price that could shatter the record for a Los Angeles condo sale.

Designed by Tom Kundig of architecture firm Olson Kundig, the penthouse will list for “nine figures-plus,” said one of the building’s developers, Tyler Siegel of Townscape Partners, noting that the price will be dependent on the level of customization and the build-out of the space....

It’s Franklin’s place from GTA V.

Perfect for Kanye West:-) kanyewest elonmusk

Maybe someone could buy it to house these poor women?

who would want to live in garbage west Hollywood?

The Jetson's house?

Ooh. I like😍

Who cares?

The listing is 100% “for show” and to get headlines! Not a serious listing in West Hollywood.

Yeah because everyone lives in 20;000 square foot house, this isn’t considered a mega mansion

Does it produce gold and clean all by itself? Then it's a 'no' from me.

Is Fredrik Eklund selling it?

That house would be of interest; not the good kind.

Highlighthwd

Sounds like a marketing initiative

One word: Inflation.

Let me be thy agent

This is right down the block from me and honestly I think they have no intention of selling this unit. Prolly divide in into 10 - $2m units. Right now just trying to lend the building a (false) air of exclusivity

That will have a great view as long as 'The Green New Deal' goes through...

A billionaire could buy 10 of them.

Who needs or wants such an uncozy efifice? Could it be one who flaunts ill-be gotten filthy lucre? Certainly not one who is focused on improving others' lives, or helping with the climate.

Obscene

Beauty is price.

Ridiculous

Meanwhile 11 million people facing eviction. Bezos made 12b in one day. When our turn comes, we shall not make excuses for the terror.

Newsom is buying it for the illegals

Well that explains why Politicians do not care middle class moves out of LA... The filthy rich are want to be able to buy cheap and convert the area for their own private 'playground'... Once that is achieved - they'll 'clean out' the homeless and drug afflicted - last...

Beautiful building. Look forward seeing it next time I am in LA.

That's immoral

Who’s gonna buy it. Everyone is leaving. 😳🤔😂

Only in America, you have a house being listed for 100,000,000 up the hills, while people down the hills are sleeping on the streets because they’re price out of the market for a basic place to live. It’s time we start asking the question, where did we go wrong as human being?

I hope he gets an earth-shattering max bid of $411615, 4011.

People are dying, losing a home, starving, jobless, kids sleep hungry, and not knowing if they can survive the next day! Would it be nice if those rich people just spend less at least at this tough time and help extra their fellow Americans. Inequality is unbelievable 😔

🤣 madness

I hope they get it. I hope the insurance company won’t cover the purchase price. I hope misfortune prevails.

Gross

The age of inequality.

WSJ... 😂 times are tuff for ALL OF US! Thanks Me President!!!
