'No downside': New Zealand company adopts four-day week after trialA New Zealand company will allow workers to opt into a four-day work week after a successful trial which it said led to better productivity and less stress among workers Love NZ...a no stress country 😀💞🌼 Its a smart move happier worker equals higher productivity lower cost in travel less road congestion more lifestyle! This is tremendous news! I once changed jobs because the new employer offered a 9 day fortnight as standard and I needed a bit of time to cover some family commitments. My then employer wouldn't even consider a monthly RDO based on working extra time to earn it.
