In an email to Insider, TD Ameritrade confirmed that some of its clients may be experiencing "slowness" or difficulty accessing their accounts on the mobile platform "due to heavy volumes." "In the meantime, clients can access their accounts and place trades through all other TD Ameritrade platforms, including the TD Ameritrade web platform and thinkorswim web, desktop, and mobile," TD Ameritrade told Insider. "We are working to address the issue as quickly as possible."
