Regarding the internet backlash on Robinhood restricting trading on stocks like GameStop and AMC, New York Times reporter Taylor Lorenz says “I would say the internet absolutely exploded when Robinhood announced they were halting trades.
Yo, we don’t “feel like” they caved to the big banks, that’s EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. And trust me, we are furious, and there are a hell of a lot of us 👿
I don't want to blame the victim here but perhaps they should have asked themselves how Robinhood makes money if they don't have to pay for trades. This means that perhaps they are not the customer and they are the product.
I don't get it. Robinhood destroyed it's reputation, basically stole millions from it's customers, is facing SEC investigation, all to protect the hedge funds. What were they pressured with?
People didn't get together to manipulate the market, so please stop saying this BS. People found out hedge funds were gaming the system and they caught them. Once they got caught in their own trap, now its WSB boycottrobinhood
The Big Lie on the left... The Big Liar on the right...
Wow, the real Robinhood would be pisssssssssed offfff to hear about some imposter stealing from the poor and giving to the rich.
'Silly peasants, don't you know only billionaires are allowed to make money off the stock market?'
Literally manipulating the market
Democrats got people to turn out and vote in DROVES because they thought 2000 checks were coming and NOBODY has heard a word about it since. People are hurting and Democrats are afraid to give big.
Nothing has changed, it’s the same bullshit, it’s just now more in your face because of the internet.
This is all bull crap... boycott Robinhood!!! And buy AMC🚀🚀🚀🚀🤑🤑🤑🤑
