Mismanagement claims against Kids Company founder thrown out

The founder and former chief executive of Kids Company,, has been exonerated by a court of allegations that the charity she created collapsed because she had failed to operate it on a financially sustainable basis.

The Court was critical of those presenting The Official Receiver’s case against Kids Company Director/Trustees and former CEO Camila Batmanghelidjh.

Kids Company - and all those associated with it and supporting it, including David Cameron - has been vindicated. A pity their good work was destroyed as a result of false rumours precisely when it came to be most needed.

Sorry, nobody believes this ruling for one second. Millions vanished, squandered.

Say whaaaa? I saw their accounts at a 'How not to run a charity' seminar. They were a bloody disgrace.

That BBC guy Yentob was in it as well. Dodgy dealings with public money. I'm shocked.

This charity was doing amazing things in London - so sad for all.
