The Spanish tourist industry has reacted with dismay to the government’s decree that face masks must be worn in all outdoor spaces, including beaches and swimming pools, even when it is possible to maintain social distancing.
In Spain it is obligatory to wear a mask when outdoors and that includes the beach. We've been wearing masks outdoors for over a year.
Crap. I live in Spain and we have been wearing face masks outdoors for the entire time. It’s the law. Probably why there are less deaths than on 🇬🇧 Pandemic Island.
Just wear an effing simple mask. If a tourist won't do that they don't deserve a holiday yet. Thats a very stupid picture... who chose it? Try this one instead:
Is that to do with the fact that it will spoil people’s ability to get an even facial tan? 😉
Met with dismay by anybody sensible using their common sense during the pandemic. If you socialize within a short distance you use a mask, in or outdoors.
The Spanish Government have lost the plot, wearing masks outdoors is totally crazy, on the beach is dumbfounded. There is no evidence that these measures work they are all about control.
I reckon this particular rule won't last long...
Tourists will have to adhere to it, just like us Spanish residents in Andalusia have for over a year.
Crosses Spain off the list.
Rules like this that aren’t based in science just make people more likely to disregard and ignore the rules that actually *are* important.
Good luck to them, but I’ll never part money to be subjected to wearing a mask outdoors.
It will be surely relaxed in next days.
Sounds like it's the tourist board that wants the beaches to be open air hospitals
Ojo que als turistes no els hi agraden les vostres lleis.
The stupidity is overwhelming
😳😷🤦
