There's an art to selling remotely that many sales teams had not yet embraced, much less mastered, at the outset of the pandemic.

"So much of sales culture has always depended on the energy in the room. When there's no room, how do you recreate the energy?" Sales reps have had to learn new tools, tactics, and technology to sell remotely — and they'll need to continue to adapt to a hybrid environment. Training could help sales reps develop more engaging sales presentations, run virtual meetings, or even orchestrate executive conference calls in multiple locations. There's even a knack to learning how to read body language on a videoconference call.
