“They’ve acknowledged that this is not exactly working out at intended,” Smitherman said. “So really we have been stuck with this problem since 2.0 products came out almost two years ago.” Among the questions Health Canada asked: “Do you think the current public possession limit for cannabis beverages should be increased? “Companies have made huge investments in production lines and such, so there’s a lot of anxiousness to take advantages of the innovations that have been made,” he said.
